[LORE] The Concordus Festival Origins: Part 2

When the first blooming of the Concordus Flower happened in the Trobruk, the Solana the wanted to bring the Flower back to the Quarreling City States, in hopes it's beauty will atleast bring calmness in this time of fighting.  The Concordus Blossom was displayed at the Royal Palace Rotunda while it was still under construction.  While the Solana and Trobruk Families respected the Blossom, the Ithorii and Novals however wanted to find ways to produce or sell this blossom for profits.  Hearing this the Trobruk Family pleaded to the Republic Trading which allowed a temporary ban on the exploitation of the Concordus Flower.  However it didn't stop the Two Families.  Wanting Profit over the Planet, they started to find ways to procure this flower despite the ban.  The only reason this never prevailed was because the System Wars happened.  The First Assault on Novalis which ended in a Temporary Republic Victory put the Quarreling City States into a standby mode as they prepared for evacuations of the citizens to Winsdor.  When the Second Assault of Novalis happened, and what resulted in the attack on the Ice Crystal City location, the Families were forced to surrender their territory to the Oltanians.  Luckily to the Solana the River Plain where the Concordus Flowers bloomed were unscathed by the Planetary Assault of the Second Assault.  

When the System Wars ended sometime after 600 GRS, the Ithorii Family was forced to flee Novalis for being related to Tretris Oakutarui, now with only 3 Families Left, they wanted to find a way to consolidate the loss of Economy, fearing for an economic collapse, the Families began to battle each other on who will be the dominant.  The Solana following peace retreated to the River Plain and prayed to Concordia when the Concordus Flowers bloomed. It was said that Concordia herself appeared out of the blooming Moon Flowers, and approached the Solana Family.  It's from here she said through Marriage can a unity be formed.  It seemed weird at first but it was followed.  The Solana returned to the Quarreling City States back in Febarius, and proposed the option to the Novals, which appeared to win the economic control of the City.  The Novals didn't like it.  The Solanas displeased retreated to the Royal Palace and maintained a peaceful life, the Trobruk noticing the lifestyle the Solana had began to follow suit in their way of peace.  Soon after absorbing the polluted Ithorii Sector, giving the Solana a defined City State, the Solana began to transform this heavily polluted city state into a more ecological friendly location.  Replacing Factories with Greenhouses that sustained food sources, removing the water pollution through a complex water cleaning process that is still unknown to this day.  The Trobruk realizing how influential the Solana Family are doing to the Ithorii City State, began to repeat their process and within 10 GRS Years Most of the City was cleaned and returned to a balanced state, all except the Novals who continued to pollute the River Junctions with their mass production, despite the pollution the Novals were doing to the City and to the planet, the Solana and the Trobruk couldn't fight back due their economical and business influences were too small to fight the already huge family.  Little do they know there is more to come.
