I'll get to inking and coloring this but it will take awhile and by the time I get it finished it be too late.

So Yosryk and Matthew are known for pulling pranks on everyone at school, including playing pranks on their babysitters, well while Drailkius celebrating Kevin's B-day, they decided to pull a prank on Kevin. When Kevin woke up he was stuffed into the cake, and Anthrus is just eyeing him, while the two kids are just cracking up. Maybe sometimes Adrian should put his foot down when it comes to their pranks.
