This is a view of Towers Plaza from afar, with Chancellory Towers in the background.
Towers Plaza originally designed to be a park for Adrian back in the old days of Shanksville, it has become a large expansion of the Capital City, When the urbanization of the Continent occured, Towers Plaza was refurbished into a plaza instead of a park. Its green grass acres were turned into commerical plazas with skyscrapers zooming out into the sky. Compared to the rest of the Capital City, Towers Plaza is still an expansion of Sector 2, Old Shanksville. In terms, Towers Plaza is downtown for Sector Two due to the amount of skyscrapers that are clustered together.
